The Pitch

I will be using Biltong as my Phileas Fogg snack. Biltong is a form of jerky originating from South Africa and was originally a means of preserving meat by using salt and spices. It can be made from a variety of different meats, such as beef or game meats, and it can even be made from ostrich. Biltong would go very well with drinking in a bar because the salty and spicy nature of the snack encourages drinking. This exotic snack will show people another world from the comfort of the bar, no need to travel when you can just eat a Phileas Fogg snack and be transported wherever your heart desires.
